Now I have an issue where some of my contactless payments done in my phone are not appearing in TFL contactless history, and these ones are precisely the overcharged ones...

Mine are appearing but the site won't accept a service delay (delay repay) claim for longer than four weeks ago, despite the cyber attack having happened three months ago.

Same here. So not only do we have to suffer delays, not be able to claim refund, keep record of all journeys, then try to submit them all just find out you can only claim back 4 weeks so now we have to call them (presumably in a queue for ages) or submit a formal complaint that won't be answered for ages.. lovely..

But — a lot of my journeys are not marked as incomplete. They’re complete journeys I’ve been overcharged for. How do I claim for those? It’s not clear…
